The following Terms and Conditions apply to all giveaways hosted by Optico Canada (Devonshire Ltd.) unless otherwise specified.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The completion of one entry on the giveaway widget (the mandatory entry, if applicable) is required to enter. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY: See specific giveaway for residency requirements. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.
Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ are in no way associated with any giveaway. If applicable, social media posts (such as, but not limited to, tweets and Instagram posts) must be PUBLIC to be eligible. If you sign up for newsletters as entries, you must confirm your subscription for those entries to count. A reply to the winning email is required within 48 hours before a new winner is chosen. The winner’s entries will be verified.

By entering the Contest, you are deemed to have accepted these Official Rules. The winner will be chosen at random using the Gleam Giveaway Contest engine unless otherwise specified. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The winning entry will be verified.
USE OF PARTICIPANT CONTACT INFORMATION: Under no circumstances will your contact information be sold or shared with sponsors or any other party. If you are a winner, your email address may be provided to the sponsor to arrange for shipment and/or selection of your prize.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
Optico Canada (Devonshire Ltd.) is not responsible for any technical failures or for any sponsors’ inability to live up to their prize obligation.
This website reserves the right to publish the winner’s name.
